Scheme Sam is proudly one of the few television shows in South Africa that regularly holds open auditions. This is how we discovered most of the young talents who are currently gracing our screens.

High school is over for some of our beloved characters; In 2015 they move on from high school to university and leave Turfloop for new adventures in Johannesburg.
Skeeme Sam is looking for talented artistes who are driven, passionate, dedicated, disciplined and have a strong desire to appear in our shows. These new actors will become the main cast of characters in this new, extra-Johannesburg world that some of our characters will relocate to.
The characters we are auditioning to find are:
- Young Vibrant Students (18 - 25 Years)
- Lecturer (30 and older)
- Tutors (24 and older)
- Security Guard (25 and older)
- University Staff (25 and older)
- Pairing for potential parents (40 and older)
Skeeme Sam is primarily a sepedi show based in Turfloop, Limpopo, but our Jo'burg World will be as true a reflection of the diversity of Jo'burg as we can create. It will be populated by people from all over the country and even from different parts of our continent and from abroad. We will be holding auditions in Humanscroll and Johannesburg and are looking for men and women from all language groups in South Africa.
